Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 have a flat $6.49 shipping fee, shown in your cart before checkout.
How quickly do orders ship?
Physical items usually ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I receive digital products?
Software, memberships and gift cards are emailed as codes to the address used at checkout. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.
What can I return?
Most unused physical items within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care items can't be returned. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped, yes. Call or email us as soon as possible.
